FBM KLCI futures lower in early trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 25 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives was lower this morning as investors booked some profits following yesterday's strong gains.

At 9.32 am, November 2022 and June 2023 decreased 21.5 points each to 1,492.0 and 1,485.5, respectively, December 2022 lost 20.5 points to 1,495.5, while March 2023 fell 22.5 points to 1,486.0.

Turnover amounted to 5,837 lots, while open interest stood at 43,133 contracts.

Meanwhile, the benchmark FBM KLCI was 13.12 points lower at 1,488.76 after 30 minutes of trading, against 1,501.88 at the close on Thursday.
