KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 23 -- Life insurance company, Gibraltar BSN Life Bhd, has launched the first-in-market WhatsApp e-Policy delivery system and a Chatbot to provide instant, efficient and superior customer service, called GINA (Gibraltar INtelligent Assistant).
In a statement today, Gibraltar BSN chief executive officer, Rangam Bir said technological advancements has led to a change in consumer behaviour, adding that the company is the first insurer in Malaysia to deliver immediacy and convenience to its customers by leveraging WhatsApp.
“Customers can easily retrieve their insurance policies whenever they want, get answers to their queries instantly 24-7 or even download claim documents.
“With internet penetration at 86 per cent in Malaysia, Gibraltar BSN sees plenty of opportunities to deploy digital solutions that can further enhance the level of customer engagement and experience,” he said.
