iMoney launches BM version of credit score tool
Last update: 16/07/2019

KUALA LUMPUR, July 16 (Bernama) -- iMoney, a financial comparison website, has launched the Bahasa Malaysia version of its free credit score tool, iMoney CreditScore, to make financial health checks more accessible for Malaysians.

It said the tool, launched alongside iMoney’s #JomSkor campaign which is taking place from now until the end of August, was aimed at making it easier for more Malaysians to check their credit score and take steps towards improving their financial health.

In a statement today, iMoney group chief executive officer Mitul Lakhani said there had been a significant growth in signups since the first launch of iMoney CreditScore in late 2018, but there is still opportunity and the need to reach out to more Malaysians to check their credit score and financial health.

“Our goal is to get more Malaysians to sign up to get their credit score, understand their financial health and ultimately feel empowered to make intelligent decisions on their money matters,” he said.

Encouraging Malaysians to sign up and check their credit scores regularly is a crucial first step in helping them understand their financial health and setting them on the right path towards making better financial decisions, he added.
