KLCI Futures Contracts End Mostly Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, July 17†(Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended mostly higher†today, taking the cue from the cash market.

August 2017 gained 0.5 of-a-point to†1,759.50 and December 2017 improved one point to†1,758.00.

However, September 2017 eased 0.5 of-a-point to†1,759.50 while spot month July 2017 remained unchanged at†1,759.50.

Turnover stood at 2,022†lots with open interest amounting†to 31,862†contracts.

The underlying†benchmark FBM KLCI†was 0.19 of-a-point†better†at 1,755.19 at the close.†
