KUALA LUMPUR, March 19 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives finished lower today, tracking the performance of the underlying cash market.
March 2019 and September 2019 ended 6.0 points weaker at 1,683.5 and 1,675.0, respectively, April 2019 fell 6.5 points to 1,683.0 and June 2019 was 7.0 points easier at 1,678.0.
Turnover improved to 5,828 lots from 4,691 lots on Monday, while open interest was better at 28,778 contracts versus 28,245 contracts previously.
The underlying benchmark FBM KLCI closed 3.26 points easier at 1,687.68.
