KFH refreshes website to cater to all banking needs

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 1 (Bernama) -- Kuwait Finance House (M) Bhd (KFH Malaysia) has launched its revamped website ( after making significant updates, changes and inclusion of the highest standard specifications of global websites in form and content.

Chief Executive Officer David Power said the website provided highly significant information to customers as it focused on the advantages of services and products.

"The products such as 'Murabaha', 'Ijara', 'Istisnaa', 'Tawarruq', foreign exchange, agency investment deposits, individual and corporate call accounts and banking cards, are available for various tiers of customers," he said in a statement today.

The website also provided several distinguished services, including the possibility to compare the advantages of banking cards and choose appropriate cards in addition to Zakat calculation method, trade finance calculation method and the XE currency converter.

Starting April the banks have imposed a 50 sen processing fee on top of the 15 sen stamp duty on each cheque. The fee also applies to those applying for a Banker’s Cheque, Bank Draft and Cashier’s Order. Do you think this additional charge is justified?
