KLCI futures contract opens lower

KUALA LUMPUR, April 17†(Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FKLI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives was lower†in early trade today.

At 9.19†am, April 2018 eased three points to†1,882 as†May 2018 and†June 2018†each slid†one point†to 1,878.5 and 1,876.

Turnover stood at 941 lots, with†open interest†at 27,894 contracts.

The underlying benchmark FBM KLCI†was 0.39 of-a-point weaker at 1,878.37†after 30 minutes of†trading.
