KLCI futures contract easier at mid-day

KUALA LUMPUR, March 13†(Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended the morning session easier†today, in sync with the subdued†underlying cash market.

At mid-day break, spot month March 2018 were 4.5 points weaker at 1,860.5, April 2018 declined three points to 1,860.00, June 2018 decreased five points†to 1,853.5†and September 2018 trimmed 5.5†points†to†1,852.

Turnover stood at 1,862†lots, with open interest at†27,191†contracts.

The underlying benchmark FBM KLCI ended the morning session 1.12†points easier†at 1,860.1.
