KLCI Futures Contract Closes Mixed

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 13†(Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract (FKLI)†on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed mixed†today tracking the better performance of†the underlying cash market.

October 2017 and†November 2017 were traded unchanged at 1,757 and 1,756.5 respectively while†December 2017 and†March 2018 fell 2.0 points each to 1,757 and 1,758.5.

Turnover decreased to 1,920†lots from 2,550†lots on Thursday with†open interest amounting to 26,974††contracts from 27,503†contracts yesterday.††

The underlying benchmark FBM KLCI finished 1.32†points better†at 1,755.32.†
