KLCI Futures Contract Lower At Mid-day

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 13†(Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended the morning session lower, in line with†the weaker†underlying cash market.

October 2017 and† November 2017 slid†1.0†point each† to 1,756 and 1,755.5 respectively,†December 2017 fell 2.5 points to†1,756†and March 2018 shed†2.0 points† to†1,757.

Turnover stood at 1,021†lots and open interest totalled†26,002†contracts.

The underlying benchmark FBM KLCI ended the morning session 2.08†points lower at 1,751.92.†
