KLCI Futures Contract Mixed At Mid-day

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 12†(Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended the morning session mixed, despite the weaker†underlying cash market.†

October 2017 slid 0.5 of a†point†to 1,757, while November 2017 added†0.5 of a point†to 1,757.5, with December 2017†trading†unchanged at 1,759†and March 2018 shedding 1.0 point† to†1,760.

Turnover stood at 1,417†lots and open interest totalled†26,295†contracts.

The underlying benchmark FBM KLCI ended the morning session 4.20†points lower at 1,753.01.†
