PR1MA Housing In Pahang A Resounding Success - MB

TEMERLOH, July 26 (Bernama) -- PR1MA housing in Pahang has been a resounding success because the promise made in  the last general election to build 15,000 affordable housing units had been surpassed with  35,269 units built through 106 projects, said Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob.
He said the Pahang government gave priority to developers with good track record to undertake 1Malaysia Housing Projects (PR1MA) in the state.
He said the companies listed had not only completed projects on time but also did quality work.
"We have companies that started off doing low-cost housing but now are able to build resorts. Those awarded the projects must do a good job," he told reporters after handing over keys to 200 buyers of PR1MA Pahang Kampung Bukit Lada, Kerdau here today.
The project was undertaken by Syarikat Jangka Alpha Sdn Bhd.
